Dr Trang Nguyen


Founder and CEO

Dr Trang Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of SeeTreat, with over 15 years of experience spanning clinical research, medical physics and biomedical engineering.

She leads the company’s clinical and scientific vision, translating advanced research into practical solutions that improve cancer treatment and patient care. Dr Nguyen has deep expertise in radiotherapy, medical imaging and AI driven clinical technologies, and in her academic roles authored numerous peer reviewed publications across biomedical engineering and medical physics.


Prof Paul Keall


Founder and Chief Science Officer

Prof Paul Keall is the Founder and Chief Science Officer at SeeTreat and has over 30 years of experience in radiation physics. He is also a Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health, an NHMRC Leadership Fellow and the Director of the Image X Institute at the University of Sydney.


Prof Keall was previously the Director of Radiation Physics at Stanford University and returned to Sydney as an NHMRC Australia Fellow, one of only 39 people worldwide given this award.

Antonia Dalton
Antonia DaltonCSO and Director

Antonia Dalton is the Chief Strategy Officer at SeeTreat and has over fifteen years of financial and legal experience in the global healthcare sector.

She was formerly Vice-President of Strategy and Innovation at GenesisCare, the world’s largest Radiation Therapy Network, bringing invaluable market access and commercialisation expertise to the SeeTreat team.

Dr Sean Pollock
Dr Sean PollockCPO

Dr Sean Pollock is the Chief Product Officer at SeeTreat with over ten years in medical device product development in Australia and the United Kingdom, managing over 15 medical device releases across TGA, FDA, and CE regulatory bodies.

He is the inventor of three radiotherapy patents and has an award-winning PhD in Medicine from the University of Sydney. He has extensive experience with the commercialisation, development and management of medical technology.

Dr Brendan Wheeler
Dr Brendan WheelerHead of Engineering

Dr Brendan Whelan is the Head of Engineering at SeeTreat and leads SeeTreat's largest team in the development and execution of SeeTreat products.

Dr Whelan completed his PhD at the University of Sydney, winning the 2016 ACPSEM award for the Best PhD thesis in its field.

He previously worked at the Image-X institute and took up a CJ Martin NHMRC Early Career Fellowship, splitting his time between Stanford University Radiation Oncology and the University of Sydney before joining SeeTreat.

Tanya Moran
Tanya MoranHead of Quality Assurance

Tanya Moran is the Head of Quality Assurance at SeeTreat. Following her Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales, Tanya followed her passion in biotechnology and has found a rewarding career in the medical device quality field for almost 20 years, both in Israel and Australia.

Before joining SeeTreat, she worked for biomed powerhouses St. Jude Medical, Philips Healthcare and Medtronic, as well as startups and medium-size companies, establishing, maintaining, and improving their Quality Management Systems.

Peter Dassos
Peter DassosCOO

Peter Dassos is the Chief Operating Officer at SeeTreat, bringing over fifteen years of experience in medical device product development, including Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI-enabled SaMD, and hardware.

With a proven track record of taking products from concept stage through to successful global launch across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA, Peter combines expertise from both large enterprise and startups to elevate healthcare standards.

Before joining SeeTreat, Peter held senior leadership roles at ResMed, Harrison.ai, and Franklin.ai, where he developed, launched, and supported the delivery of world-class medical devices, improving millions of patients' lives worldwide.

Dr Eric Qin
Dr Eric QinVice President of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs

Dr Eric Qin is the VP of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at SeeTreat. He has over 10 years of experience in medical device quality and global regulations across both the private and public sectors, including senior leadership roles at the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as an assistant director and QMS auditor.

His expertise extends across the design and development of Sterile devices, Implantables, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), In Vitro Diagnostics Devices (IVD), and AI as a Medical Devices (AIaMD). He is particularly interested in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning technologies in healthcare, with a focus on exploring how these technologies can support clinicians in achieving enhanced patient outcomes.

Tim Montanaro
Tim MontanaroHead of Systems & Test Engineering

Tim Montanaro is the Head of Systems & Test Engineering at SeeTreat and holds Engineering and Commerce degrees from the University of Sydney. His team covers the safety, information security, system design, and verification and validation activities for products at SeeTreat.

Before joining SeeTreat, Tim spent over four years at Nanosonics contributing to their medical device program through design, development and testing. He also worked at KPMG Australia delivering IT risk assessments and supporting major financial‑services clients.
